Cancelling a transaction

Ways to cancel a transaction
If you are entitled to cancel a transaction, in accordance with the terms of product purchase, the site's regulations and/or the Consumer Protection Law 1981, you can notify us that you wish to cancel a transaction, in one of the following ways:
  1. on whatsapp (by phone no. 050-567-8211 or in one of the chain stores).
  2. By registered mail (to the address: 21 Kalisher, Tel Aviv).
  3. by e-mail (to the e-mail address service@hagitassa.com ).
  4. Online - by sending the cancellation notice form that appears below and is also available in the bottom menu on the website under the "Transaction cancellation" section.
In the cancellation notice, please state your full name, order/invoice number and phone number, in order to identify the transaction and the product data you wish to cancel.
